How can we help?
Support for your Trenches account, Academy and trading simulator.
Contact support
Email mikaelprada18@gmail.com. Include your handle, device and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, verification codes or private keys.
Recover your account
Use the same sign-in method you originally linked. If you signed up with an email and password and forgot the password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen when it is shown, or open trenches.academy/reset-password. If you cannot access it, contact support with your handle. Do not reset your device data while trying to recover access.
Delete your account
Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes the active server account and its associated records, including its purchase link. Deleting the account or app does not cancel an Apple subscription. First review or cancel it in Apple subscription settings. If you cannot sign in, contact support to request help after verifying ownership.
Report a child's account
Trenches is for people 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 is using Trenches, email mikaelprada18@gmail.com with their handle. We close the account and delete its data within 30 days. Backup copies are removed when those backups expire on their normal cycle.
Missing prices or a delayed chart
Check your connection and refresh the market. Some launchpads take longer to be indexed. A missing price or liquidity reading can prevent a simulated order; refreshing does not guarantee that the provider has new data.
Copyright notices
To report material on Trenches that you believe infringes your copyright, email mikaelprada18@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA notice". Our Copyright and DMCA policy lists what a notice must include and how to send a counter-notice if your material was removed. For inappropriate artwork or posts that are not about copyright, contact support as above.

Referrals
Invite credits are simulated money. Both eligible accounts receive $3,000, and the inviter can earn the bonus for up to ten valid invites. Use the invite link during signup; self-invites and repeated accounts do not qualify.
Memberships and purchases
Trenches is free to use. Where available in the iPhone app, Elite memberships and paper cash packs use Apple billing, and buying either needs a signed-in Trenches account so the purchase stays with your account on every device. Elite is the only membership on sale; a membership bought under an earlier plan can still be restored. The App Store confirms the local price, renewal period and eligible trial before purchase. A web preview does not take payments. Manage or cancel a membership in Apple subscription settings.
Paper cash packs
A paper cash pack is a one-time purchase that adds simulated paper cash to the signed-in account. Paper cash has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred. Apple handles payments and refunds; if Apple refunds a pack, the same amount of paper cash is removed from your paper balance.
Restore a subscription
Use the same Apple Account, sign in to the Trenches account linked to the purchase and choose Profile → Settings → Restore purchases. If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple to finish it. If you deleted the original Trenches account, cannot access it, or never linked the purchase, contact support for ownership verification. Automatic reassignment to a different account is not available; do not buy again to recover a missing subscription. Include your Trenches handle and Apple order or transaction reference if available, but never card details, passwords or verification codes.
